You can redeem your available points on your purchases without losing the reward level (badge) you've achieved! Your progress in the Bloom Club is based on your total spending and isn't affected by the points you redeem.
Floraison Rewards | Bloom Club - Terms & Conditions
Bloom Club is Floraison's free loyalty program, offered by Floraison (floraison.gr), located at Athanasiou Karpenisioti & Ellinikou, 11524 Athens, Greece, for purchases made through our online store. Any individual may join the program, provided they maintain only one account per person.
Reward points are automatically credited to your account once your orders have been completed and paid for.
Exceptions to earning points: To ensure the fair operation of the program, no new points are awarded on orders placed using a discount coupon or on orders where existing reward points are redeemed.
The program features 4 reward levels (badges), offering increasing reward rates based on your total purchase value:
Level 1 - Bud: 1% back in reward points (total purchases under 200€).
Level 2 - Daisy: 2% back in reward points (total purchases from 200€ to under 500€).
Level 3 - Dahlia: 3% back in reward points (total purchases from 500€ to under 900€).
Level 4 - Peony: 4% back in reward points (total purchases of 900€ or more).
Order cancellations & refunds: If an order is cancelled, the reward points earned from that order will be automatically deducted from your account. The same applies to partial or full refunds. If those points have already been redeemed on another order, your points balance may become negative until it is offset by points earned from future purchases.
Point redemption: Reward points can only be redeemed as discounts on purchases made through our online store, floraison.gr. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts. Redeeming your points does not affect the reward level (badge) you have achieved.
Misuse of the program: In cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or malicious use of the rewards system, Floraison reserves the right to cancel reward points and/or permanently deactivate the member's account.
Changes to the program: Floraison reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, reward rates, or discontinue the Bloom Club program, following an appropriate announcement.
